Role OverviewWe are hiring School-Age Childcare Staff for our Before and After School Programs. The ideal candidate loves working with kids, is energetic, kind, and patient, and enjoys encouraging children's curiosity, creativity, and confidence. The position is part-time, non-exempt, and follows the school calendar.
What You Will Do
As a School-Age Childcare Staff, you will facilitate hands-on activities, provide a safe and healthy environment, and act as a positive role model for children in the program. You will also observe state guidelines, program policies, and host school policies, and support program operations.

Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- at least 1 year of experience working with children under the age of 13
- required health clearance, including TB screening, in accordance with state regulations
- positive attitude, strong interpersonal skills, professionalism, and reliability
- physical ability to bend, stretch, lift, and carry up to 50 pounds
