Role OverviewHealthy Kids Programs is hiring School-Age Childcare Staff for our Before and After School Programs for the 2026–2027 school year. The position is well-suited for parents, education majors, and retirees who enjoy working with children and building relationships. The team provides childcare for school-age children (ages 5–12) and follows state guidelines, Healthy Kids Extended Day Program policies, and host school policies.
What You Will Do
Facilitate hands-on activities, provide a safe and healthy environment, and act as a positive role model for children. You will also observe state guidelines, support program operations, and maintain attendance records.

Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- at least 1 year of experience working with children under the age of 13
- required health clearance, including TB screening, in accordance with state regulations
- positive attitude, strong interpersonal skills, professionalism, and reliability
- physical ability to bend, stretch, lift, and carry up to 50 pounds
