Role OverviewWe are hiring School-Age Childcare Staff for our Before School Program at Stafford Elementary School for the 2026–2027 school year. The ideal candidate loves working with kids, brings energy and kindness to each day, and enjoys encouraging children's curiosity, creativity, and confidence.
What You Will Do
Facilitate hands-on activities following the Healthy Kids Curriculum, provide a safe and healthy environment, and support program operations.

Requirements
- 18 years or older and hold a High School Diploma or equivalent required
- 1 year of experience working with kids under 13 preferred
- Required health clearance, including TB screening, in accordance with state regulations.
- Physically able to bend, stretch, lift, and carry up to 50 pounds while actively engaging with children throughout the day.
