Role OverviewWe are hiring School-Age Childcare Staff for our Before School Program at Stafford Elementary School for the 2026–2027 school year. The ideal candidate loves working with kids, is energetic, kind, and patient, and enjoys encouraging children's curiosity, creativity, and confidence. This position is well-suited for parents, education majors, or retirees who enjoy staying active and mentoring children.
What You Will Do
Facilitate hands-on activities, provide a safe and healthy environment, and act as a positive role model for children in the program. You will also support program operations, including attendance records, registration, and staffing responsibilities.

Requirements
- 18 years or older and hold a High School Diploma or equivalent required
- 1 year of experience working with kids under 13 preferred
- Required health clearance, including TB screening, in accordance with state regulations.
- Must demonstrate a positive attitude, strong interpersonal skills, professionalism, and reliability.
- Physically able to bend, stretch, lift, and carry up to 50 pounds while actively engaging with children throughout the day.
