Role Overview

The School Age Lead Teacher/Group Supervisor will lead a safe, engaging environment where children can explore their interests, build friendships, develop new skills, and enjoy meaningful experiences before and after school, on school breaks, and throughout the summer.

Create engaging programs and activities, build positive relationships with children, partner with families, lead and collaborate, and maintain a safe and high-quality environment.

Requirements

  • Group Supervisor I: A bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in early childhood education, child development, special education, elementary education, or the human services field.
  • Group Supervisor I: A bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university, including 30 credit hours in early childhood education, child development, special education, elementary education, or the human services field and one-year experience with children.
  • Group Supervisor II: An associate's degree from an accredited college or university in early childhood education, child development, special education, elementary education, or the human services field and two years' experience with children.
  • Group Supervisor II: An associate's degree from an accredited college or university, including 30 credit hours in early childhood education, child development, special education, elementary education, or the human services field and three years experience with children.
