Job Description
The School-Based Clinician is responsible for delivering program activities, direct services, and paperwork for billing and clinical purposes in a school setting. The position requires a strong commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion, and the ability to approach challenges in a supportive and creative manner.

Requirements

  • Advanced degree in mental health/counseling (e.g., MSW, M.S. Ed in Counseling, MFT, etc.)
  • Licensed professional strongly preferred
  • Clinical supervision and client contact hours towards independent licensure
  • 1 plus years' experience working within programs serving youth and families preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to approach challenges in a supportive and creative manner
  • Excellent organizational and prioritization skills
  • Flexible schedule and willingness to work school hours as well as some weekends/evenings in support of school events
  • Bilingual Spanish preferred
