Join Paving the Way MSI as a School-Based Behavioral Health Clinician, where you’ll provide vital mental health services within school environments, supporting students, families, and staff.

Requirements

  • Provide school-based mental health services all 12 months in person, including workshops, small groups, and classroom interventions.
  • Manage a culturally responsive caseload, complete assessments, and ensure timely documentation in compliance with agency guidelines.
  • Work closely with the School Behavioral Health Team and participate in the School Strengthening Workplan.
  • Write required reports, attend DBH/DOH meetings as needed, and ensure accurate billing for treatment services.
  • Organize school-wide activities, including wellness events for families and staff, and support students using organizational resources like counseling or case management.
