Role OverviewA School Based Therapist works in the Public School System to provide all administrative, clinical and mental health services for the consumers. They provide individual, group, family, and play therapy. They also provide outreach services to the consumers and family members.
What You Will Do
Provides all administrative, clinical and consultative mental health services within one or more school settings, including individual, group, family, and play therapy, as well as outreach services to consumers and their families.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in a mental health discipline, be able to recognize the elements of a crisis state, and be able to deescalate or resolve the situation.
