Job Description
Necco is seeking a School-Based Therapist to work with clients and their treatment teams to help them reach their goals. The role involves delivering solution-focused and strength-based services to a caseload of youth, kindergarten to 12th grade.

Requirements

  • Masters degree and professional licensure (LSW—with contingency of obtaining LGSW, LCSW, LICSW or LPCC)
  • Advanced Degree in a human services discipline with preferred experience in mental health treatment of children with emotional or behavioral disabilities and their families, and possess a valid Mental Health Practitioner’s License
  • Bachelor or Master’s Degree in a human services discipline one (1) year of experience in mental health treatment, with a minimum of three (3) years of experience in mental health treatment of children with emotional or behavioral disabilities and their families
  • Valid driver’s license and required insurance coverage
  • Training and Travel willingness
  • Successful completion of all required criminal background checks
  • Skills to navigate and execute software programs (i.e Microsoft Office, Database, Electronic Health Record, Dashboard)
