Job Description
The School Bus Driver Evaluator is responsible for documenting driver competency levels, promoting safety, and ensuring drivers adhere to company best practices. The role involves driving home-to-school routes, assessing driver skills, and conducting evaluations following company standards and best practices.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 2 years as a Commercial Driver License holder
  • Valid applicable state license and other required certifications to operate company vehicles
  • Current DOT medical certification
  • First Aid certificate if required by state
  • Commercial Driver's License with Passenger and School Bus Endorsements required
  • Computer literacy skills including strong working knowledge of MS Office Software
