Job Description
The School Bus Driver Evaluator is responsible for documenting driver competency levels and promoting safety. They drive home-to-school routes, assess driver skills, and conduct evaluations and training.

Requirements

  • Drive and operate a school bus or other location specific vehicle
  • Conduct evaluations and training of new and existing drivers
  • Maintain driver files and support company safety culture
  • Assess employees' driving abilities and provide constructive feedback
