What You Will Do
Types original correspondence, opens and distributes mail, serves as a receptionist, schedules appointments, receives and places telephone calls, and responds to general inquiries.

Requires good knowledge of general clerical office methods, procedures, and practices, as well as ability to follow oral and written instructions and communicate effectively with school personnel, students, parents, and the general public.
Requirements
- Graduation from high school (or G.E.D. equivalent)
- Ability to type 35 words per minute with fewer than 10 errors
- General clerical work experience is highly desirable
- Good knowledge of basic office machines and equipment
