Job Description
Blue Bird is a technology leader and innovator of school buses, and this role is responsible for inspecting and repairing new buses to ensure they meet company standards and customer requirements.

Requirements

  • Inspect buses to ensure compliance with engineering drawings, company standards, and customer requirements.
  • Perform repairs and replaces defective items with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with factory standards.
  • Maintain and is accountable for all Sales Operation Center owned tools and manuals.
  • Reports any safety issues immediately to management.
  • Washes and polishes exterior of vehicles.
  • Cleans and vacuums interior of vehicles.
  • Keeps shop area neat and clean.
  • Starts engine and drives the vehicle to test steering, brakes, transmission, and engine operation.
