What You Will Do
Provide individual and group counseling sessions to students, develop strategies to support students' overall well-being and academic success, and collaborate with teachers and parents to develop comprehensive support plans.

Requirements
- Master’s degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or a related mental health field
- License preferred (LSW, LCSW, LPC LPCA or LMFT)
- Proven experience in providing mental health counseling to children and adolescents
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Knowledge of child development, mental health issues, and evidence-based intervention strategies
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards
