School Director

The School Director provides visionary leadership and effective management to ensure the overall success of the school. This position requires a strong educational background, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders. The school director will oversee all aspects of the school's operations, curriculum development, staff management, student support, and community engagement.

Provide strategic direction, develop educational policies and programs, supervise and evaluate teaching staff, foster a culture of continuous improvement, and establish effective relationships with parents and community partners.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in education or a related field
• Valid administrator certification or license, or ability to obtain
• A minimum of 5 years of successful experience in educational leadership, preferably as a principal or assistant principal
• Strong knowledge of educational trends, research, and best practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders
• Proven ability to lead and inspire a diverse group of educators and support staff
• Experience in budget management and resource allocation
