Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in education or a related field
- Valid administrator certification or license, or ability to obtain
- A minimum of 5 years of successful experience in educational leadership, preferably as a principal or assistant principal
- Strong knowledge of educational trends, research, and best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders
- Proven ability to lead and inspire a diverse group of educators and support staff
- Experience in budget management and resource allocation
