Role OverviewThe School Director is responsible for the overall day-to-day operations, implementation, and management of the core features of the Educare model. They will maintain a positive school culture, build strong relationships, and adapt to changes and demands. The Director will oversee program development, ensure compliance with state and federal standards, and supervise school leadership.
What You Will Do
The School Director will understand and implement the core features of Educare Learning Network, ensure compliance with state and federal standards, and develop and review program strategies. They will also oversee the day-to-day operations of the facility, supervise school leadership, and provide support and guidance to staff.

Requirements
- Master's or Bachelor's degree from an accredited university/college in Child Development, Early Childhood, Family Studies, Social Work or related field
- Minimum of six approved credit hours in Early Childhood Education and three approved credit hours in Business
- Minimum three to five years of early childhood administration experience and supervisory/management experience
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
