Role OverviewJoin Charter Schools USA (CSUSA) to serve over 82,000 students in 150 schools. As a School Enroll & Mktg Admin, you'll play a crucial role in recruiting and retaining students, executing M&E strategies, and promoting the school's identity. You'll work with school leadership, the National Marketing and Enrollment Team, and other stakeholders to achieve marketing and enrollment goals.
What You Will Do
Develop and implement strategies to promote the school's identity, build trust with families, and generate interest in the school. You'll work with school staff and teachers to create website and social content, plan marketing efforts, and coordinate with school leadership to offer family incentives. You'll also manage application and registration processes, work with Registrars to manage the application pipeline, and ensure enrollment policies and processes are followed.

Requirements
- 4-year college degree/equivalent experience
- previous sales or marketing background
- previous School Enrollment and Marketing Administrator, Registrar, or equivalent experience
- minimum of 3-5 years' experience
