As a School Enrollment & Marketing Administrator, you will be responsible for acquiring new students and retaining existing students to ensure enrollment targets are met. This role executes strategies to support all aspects of marketing and enrollment functions at the school.
What You Will Do
Develop and implement marketing plans, collaborate with school leadership, and execute paid digital marketing strategies. Identify and participate in community outreach events, build relationships with community organizations, and monitor competition and market changes.

Requirements
- 2-year college degree/equivalent experience
- Previous sales or marketing background
- Previous School Enrollment Manager, Registrar, or equivalent experience
- Demonstrated experience in social media and digital marketing
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent organization, time management, and follow-up skills
- Must be able to present a professional office with great customer service skills
- Must have a positive attitude and be able to collaborate with others
- Must be detail oriented
- Being bilingual is a plus, but not required
- Ability and willingness to work successfully with students, parents, and staff
- Must pass a background check
- Ability and willingness to take directions
- Excellent references including attendance and punctuality
- Demonstrates excellent oral, written, interpersonal, and negotiating skills
