Job Description
The Ohio Department of Education and Workforce is seeking a Grants Manager to oversee and enhance the quality of education in Ohio. The Grants Manager will manage and coordinate school improvement funding and processes, including budget development, grant life cycle management, and technical assistance to districts and schools. The position requires travel throughout the state and may involve overnight stays.

Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree in business administration, public administration, political science, education, or a related field
  • 3 years of experience in managing contracts or grants in an educational setting, administering federal grants and/or programs, facilitating or managing work groups, or project management
  • Graduate degree in business administration, public administration, political science, education, or a related field (preferred)
  • Project Management certification (preferred)
