Role OverviewMonitor student behavior, enforce school rules, and maintain a safe environment. Work closely with security personnel, staff, students, parents, and community members.
What You Will Do
Resolve conflicts, investigate complaints, control traffic, and document incidents. Assist law enforcement and provide student supervision.
Why It Might Be a Fit
Ideal candidate has experience working with children, youth leadership, coaching, and/or counseling. Demonstrated ability to recognize public safety hazards and de-escalate conflict situations is a plus.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or USA equivalency
- Six months of work related experience
- Demonstrated ability to recognize public safety hazards
- Demonstrated ability to de-escalate conflict situations
- Knowledge of relevant security equipment, policies, procedures, and strategies
