Role OverviewAngels of Care Home Health is seeking Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) to provide direct, one-on-one medical care to infants, children, and/or adolescents in their homes. The nurse will focus on the medical needs and treatment of patients according to the active plan of care, conduct ongoing patient care and assessments, administer prescribed medication, and educate family members on patient clinical care.
What You Will Do
Job duties include providing medical care, conducting patient assessments, administering medication, and educating family members on patient care. The nurse will work full-time and part-time shifts, including days, nights, and weekends.

Requirements
- Active RN or LPN/LVN license
