Role Overview

The Manager of School Partnerships and Sales Outreach is a dynamic and entrepreneurial sales leader responsible for developing and growing high school partnerships and study abroad participation in a designated territory. You will generate excitement and buy-in for CIEE High School Study Abroad programs in your sales territory with varied constituents, i.e. schools, students, parents, alumni, program leaders and district heads.

What You Will Do

Territory Ownership & Strategy: Act as the general manager of a dedicated sales territory (Illinois and Indiana). Develop and execute a comprehensive sales plan to meet and exceed student enrollment goals. Relationship Management: Cultivate and expand relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders, including principals, teachers, counselors, and alumni, to establish CIEE as the premier partner for global education.

Why It Might Be a Fit

The ideal candidate will possess: Minimum of 4 years of sales or other relevant experience, with a proven track record of building strong client relationships. Experience in international education, or related K-12 industries is a plus. Spanish proficiency preferred.
