Role OverviewThe School Safety Officer position is located in the Beaumont, Texas area and requires a licensed armed security officer to provide safety on campus. The officer must respond to active threats, patrol school grounds, and work with the FBISD police officer. The officer will also assist with complaints, direct vehicles, and escort district personnel.

Requirements
- Current Texas Level III Commissioned Armed Security License
- Valid Class C Driver License with acceptable driving record
- Social Security Card
- Driver's License (front and back)
- Proof of Education: High School Diploma or Transcript, GED Certificate or College Transcript
- DD-214 Military Discharge form (if applicable)
- Pass a drug test
- Pass firearms qualifications
- Be of good moral character and able to communicate with the public
