Beach Cities Learning/Learn Academy is seeking a School Site Administrator for their San Gabriel, CA location. This position supports a team of teachers and specialists, providing a positive, structured learning environment for students with special needs. The Administrator will be responsible for overseeing the instructional program, classroom management, curriculum, and compliance, working with school districts to deliver high-quality services to students with disabilities.

Requirements

  • Oversee and participate in a private special education day school team.
  • Assist with clinical program implementation, curriculum and instructional practices.
  • Assist with classroom management, curriculum and instructional practices, Special Education compliance, and mentoring employees.
  • Supervise classrooms with special education teacher(s) and behavior technicians.
  • Maintain detailed records of student and staff interactions.
  • Ensure compliance with IEPs and school policies.
