Role OverviewThe School Social Worker enhances students' educational progress by providing counseling, instruction, consultation, collaboration, assessments, and monitoring services. They address social and psychological issues that impede school success and help students overcome difficulties in their lives.
What You Will Do
Develop intervention plans, provide direct interventions to students, assist in planning therapeutic and behavioral modification activities, and consult with stakeholders to facilitate understanding of factors affecting students' educational experience.
