Role OverviewDeliver counseling, social-emotional support, and behavioral interventions to elementary students in grades 3–5. Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to help students navigate behavioral, emotional, and social challenges. Maintain documentation and communicate with team members.
What You Will Do
Provide crisis support, behavior intervention, and case management services to promote student well-being and success. Coordinate individualized student support with teachers, special education teams, and outside service providers.

Requirements
- Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) or related qualifying field
- Valid Pennsylvania Department of Education (PDE) Certification in School Social Work, School Counseling, or as a School-Based Licensed Professional Counselor
- Experience supporting elementary students in grades 3–5, particularly those with behavioral, emotional, social, and/or mental health needs; experience in a structured intervention program preferred
