Role OverviewThe successful candidate will analyze complex healthcare and behavioral health datasets, identify trends affecting Service Member health and readiness, develop data visualizations and reports, and support evidence-informed decision-making through advanced analytical techniques. This role works closely with Government stakeholders, researchers, epidemiologists, statisticians, and behavioral health professionals to transform data into actionable intelligence.
What You Will Do
Analyze large behavioral health, healthcare, and surveillance datasets to identify trends, patterns, and emerging issues affecting military populations. Develop dashboards, data visualizations, executive reports, and briefing materials that communicate analytical findings to Government leadership.

Requirements
- Master's Degree
- Minimum of 10 years' experience
- At least 13 years of full-time work experience analyzing large administrative healthcare data
- At least 3 years of full-time experience accessing, navigating, and conducting analyses within the MHS Information Platform (MIP) or its predecessor systems
- U.S. Citizenship
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust background investigation and Common Access Card (CAC)
