Role Overview

The position is on the Translational Science & Biomarkers team which supports preclinical and clinical programs through the discovery, development, and validation of biomarkers that inform mechanism of action, indication selection, patient stratification, and clinical development strategy.

What You Will Do

Conduct and interpret molecular, cellular, immunological, blood-based, and tissue-based assays using mouse- and human-derived samples across preclinical and clinical research.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with biomarker assays, tumor specimens and clinical samples, and strong knowledge of oncology and immuno-oncology, including tumor–immune interactions and mechanisms of therapeutic response and resistance.

Requirements

  • Ph.D. in Immunology, Cancer Biology, Molecular and Cellular Biology, or a related field (or M.S. with additional relevant experience)
  • 2+ years of industry experience in oncology drug development, translational science, biomarker development, or a related area
  • Strong knowledge of oncology and immuno-oncology, including tumor–immune interactions and mechanisms of therapeutic response and resistance
  • Proficiency with laboratory techniques including tissue culture, ELISA, qPCR, western blotting, flow cytometry, and tissue-based assays
  • Experience working with tumor specimens and clinical samples is preferred
  • Experience integrating genomic/transcriptomic data, IHC/pathology, clinical metadata, and other multimodal biomarker datasets
