Researches, organizes and implements new assays and methodologies as well as improves current testing. Writes technical procedures for transition into the clinical lab.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Good understanding of clinical laboratory techniques and procedures
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment and communicate with Medical Directors, R&D Manager, and Technical Operations
