Job Description
Role Overview

At Pfizer, you will support the biotherapeutics portfolio, contributing to analytical testing for process development of antibody–drug conjugates (ADCs) and monoclonal antibodies (mAbs). This role is within the Research & Development division and is based on-premise in Bothell, Washington.

What You Will Do

You will perform routine testing of in-process samples, pre-formal stability support, and automation development. You will also support process development activities, compile data, prepare presentations, and support lab automation initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree with 6+ years of experience or Master's degree with 4+ years of experience
  • Experience with analytical techniques (UPLC, CGE, icIEF)
  • Strong independent problem-solving and documentation skills
  • Effective communication and teamwork
  • Proficiency in using scientific software and the Microsoft Office Suite
  • Hands-on lab experience
  • Strong background in experimental design and result interpretation
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in using personal computers for word processing, Excel, PowerPoint, and scientific software
