Role OverviewJoin the Process Development team to support the development and commercial launch of new products. Work cross-functionally with various teams to develop, optimize, validate, and transfer new chemistries and processes.

Develop a deep understanding of chemistry, microfluidics, production processes, and molecular biology. Plan and execute experiments, analyze data, and communicate results through documentation and presentations.

Requirements
- Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering or Chemistry
- 0-3 years of industry experience
- Ability to integrate scientific and engineering disciplines
- Design meaningful experiments and in-depth analysis of results
- Good documentation skills and ability to communicate experimental design, results, and plans
- Understanding of physical chemistry principles to scale up chemical manufacturing processes
- Ability to develop, validate, and transfer processes to manufacturing or OEM vendors
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
