Job Description
Utah Royals FC of the NWSL is seeking a full-time Technical Scout to support the club's first team player recruitment strategy. This role focuses on player identification, evaluation, reporting, grading, and recommendation across domestic and international markets.

Requirements

  • Collaborate with the Director of Scouting & Recruitment and Data Analyst to align scouting efforts with club priorities.
  • Assess players identified by club leadership and internal scouting networks.
  • Conduct detailed player evaluations through video scouting and live match observations.
  • Provide player gradings and recommendations that directly inform recruitment decisions.
  • Travel domestically and internationally for matches, tournaments, and scouting events as required.
