Role OverviewThe Scrum Coach will support a government program by coaching Agile teams, facilitating Scrum and Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) practices, and promoting continuous improvement across the program.
What You Will Do
Coach Agile teams, facilitate Scrum and SAFe ceremonies, support planning and execution of Agile activities, and ensure compliance with government and contract requirements.

The successful candidate will work closely with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, development teams, and program leadership to prepare for and execute Agile and SAFe ceremonies. Strong knowledge of Scrum, Agile, Lean, and SAFe principles and practices is required.
Requirements
- Current Scrum certification, such as Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), SAFe Scrum Master, or an equivalent recognized certification.
- Demonstrated experience serving as a Scrum Coach, Agile Coach, Scrum Master, or similar Agile leadership professional.
- Experience collaborating with Product Owners to prepare for Agile and SAFe ceremonies.
- Experience facilitating sprint reviews, Inspect and Adapt events, and Program Increment planning events.
- Strong knowledge of Scrum, Agile, Lean, and SAFe principles and practices.
- Experience coaching cross-functional teams in a complex technical or government-contracting environment.
- Ability to facilitate meetings involving technical teams, program leadership, customers, and other stakeholders.
- Strong communication, conflict-resolution, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, mission-focused environment.
