We are a professional services provider specializing in the delivery of Intelligence Operations and Cyber Support Services to the Department of Defense (DoD) & other agencies within the U.S. Government (USG).

What You Will Do

As a Scrum Master / Agile Coach - SME, you will guide service level program managers using Agile in a large program that includes multiple Agile teams, releases, and projects that operate in parallel (e.g., Scrum of Scrums).

We are looking for a candidate with a high level of expertise in estimating work effort, planning sprint backlogs, facilitating daily stand-up meetings, and conducting sprint demo and retrospective meetings throughout all Agile sprint phases for this custom software development project.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of experience OR Highschool experience with 7+ years of experience
  • Agile Coach or Scrum Master with Agile tools, including JIRA and Confluence to support reporting and deliverables tracking
  • Experience with both Scrum and Kanban methodologies
  • Must have experience with teaching technical/non-technical teams the basic Agile framework concepts
  • Must have experience with defining Stories and prioritizing the Team Backlog to streamline the execution of program priorities while maintaining the conceptual and technical integrity of the features or components
  • Must have experience with creating solutions in a collaborative, cross-functional team environment
  • Scrum Alliance Certified ScrumMaster Certification required
  • Must be a US citizen
