Role OverviewWe’re looking for an AI Delivery Lead to drive product delivery, release operations, and team alignment across our mobile application portfolio. This isn’t a traditional Scrum Master role, but rather a hands-on leader who sits at the intersection of product, technology, and operations.
What You Will Do
Lead Agile delivery across two cross-functional technology teams, own the full release lifecycle, perform hands-on QA activities, facilitate sprint ceremonies, and manage cross-team dependencies.

Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in project management, product management, or technical program management in a mobile app environment
- Demonstrated experience leading Agile/Scrum delivery for cross-functional development teams
- Hands-on experience with mobile app release processes for both iOS and Android
- Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, or equivalent project management and documentation tools
- Ability to write and execute SQL queries for data analysis and issue investigation
- Experience working with analytics and observability platforms (e.g., Mixpanel, Datadog, Firebase)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to tailor messaging for technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience gathering requirements from business stakeholders and translating them into technical specifications
- Comfort working across multiple business units or product lines simultaneously
