Scrum Master – Data & Analytics

Requirements

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
• Ensure adherence to Agile practices, including Scrum and Kanban principles, and promote team self-organization
• Identify and remove roadblocks by addressing barriers to progress and promoting collaboration
• Foster a collaborative, high-performing team culture built on openness, courage, and respect
• Coach team members on Scrum, Agile methodologies, and continuous improvement
• Serve as a liaison between studio teams to ensure clear communication of goals and progress
• Support product backlog management in partnership with the Product Manager
• Facilitate effective conflict resolution with team members and stakeholders
• Promote a learning culture and continuous improvement focused on Agile practices and data technologies
