Job Description
Our client has a vacancy for a Scrum Master to offer his/her services as an expert remotely within the EU. The Scrum Master will be integrated in the team of the company that will closely cooperate with a major client’s IT team on site.

Requirements

  • University Degree and at least 8 years of IT professional experience;
  • Minimum of 3 of dedicated experience working as a Scrum Master at SM2 level or above;
  • Led at least 2 production teams through full sprint cycles (planning, review, retrospective, and refinement);
  • Good knowledge of facilitation techniques (e.g., Fist of Five, participatory decision-making, Liberating Structures);
  • Good knowledge of systems-thinking and process tailoring to fit complex or evolving environments;
  • Good knowledge of team motivation and stakeholder engagement techniques (e.g., information radiators, team empowerment models);
  • Good knowledge of Agile metrics (velocity, cycle time, burn-up/down charts, cumulative flow diagrams) and the ability to build and interpret dashboards to support team performance and forecasting;
  • Excellent command of the English language.
