Job Description
Our client has a vacancy for a Scrum Master to offer services as an expert remotely within the EU. The successful candidate will integrate with a team and closely cooperate with a major client's IT team on site. The role requires at least 8 years of IT professional experience and a university degree, with a minimum of 3 years of dedicated experience working as a Scrum Master.

Requirements

  • University Degree
  • At least 8 years of IT professional experience
  • Minimum of 3 years of dedicated experience working as a Scrum Master
  • Led at least 2 production teams through full sprint cycles
  • Implemented data-driven continuous improvement initiatives
  • Experience coordinating cross-team work via Scrum-of-Scrums or PI Planning events
  • Good knowledge of facilitation techniques
  • Good knowledge of systems-thinking and process tailoring
  • Good knowledge of team motivation and stakeholder engagement techniques
  • Good knowledge of Agile metrics
  • Tool proficiency in Azure DevOps or Jira
  • Possession of Scrum Master certifications
  • Excellent command of the English language
