We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master IV to support Agile delivery initiatives within a fast-paced utility and energy technology environment. This role serves as a servant leader and delivery-focused Agile coach responsible for enabling Agile teams to consistently deliver business value while maintaining alignment with project commitments, timelines, and organizational goals.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or Agile Delivery Lead
  • Strong background supporting Agile delivery in enterprise environments
  • Demonstrated ability to partner effectively with Project Managers and cross-functional stakeholders
  • Excellent facilitation, communication, and collaboration skills
  • Strong stakeholder management and conflict resolution abilities
  • Ability to influence teams and leaders without direct authority
