Job Description
Lead a team to success in delivering working software products through an incremental approach, championing the SAFe methodology and removing impediments to help protect the team from outside influences.

Requirements

  • TS/SCI with Polygraph is required
  • Bachelors and 8+ years of experience; Masters and 6+ years; an additional four years of experience may be considered in lieu of degree
  • Demonstrated experience as a Scrum Master in IT
  • Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM I, PMI-ACP, or SAFe)
  • 1 year Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) experience
  • Software development management tools including JIRA
  • Experience on a Team developing software in the Federal Government
