Role OverviewAs a Scrum Master on an Agile software development team, you'll oversee scrum teams for key high-priority projects, manage risks, and ensure regular and timely delivery of value. You'll work with stakeholders and customers to support planning and delivery of technical IT development Agile projects.
What You Will Do
You'll help define project scope and schedule, prepare and distribute progress reports, manage risks and issues, and perform delivery planning for assigned projects. You'll also assist in team development, hold teams accountable for their commitments, and mentor and develop team members.

Requirements
- Authorized to work for any U.S. employer
- 4+ years of experience with Scrum/Kanban Methodologies
- 4+ years of experience serving as the Product Owner or Scrum Master
- Must have CSM and SAFe certifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, MIS or equivalent combination of education and/or experience
