Role OverviewThe Scrum Master will facilitate Agile delivery, remove impediments, coordinate dependencies, and maintain focus on MVP outcomes for a Federal data analytics and AI modernization initiative.
What You Will Do
The Scrum Master will facilitate Agile delivery for multidisciplinary software, data, analytics, and AI/ML teams, lead sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and release planning.

Requirements
- Demonstrated experience facilitating Agile delivery for multidisciplinary software, data, analytics, or AI/ML teams
- Experience leading sprint planning, daily coordination, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and release planning
- Experience identifying and removing impediments, blockers, risks, and cross-team dependencies
- Experience tracking delivery metrics, risks, actions, issues, decisions, and commitments
- Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, backlog management, sprint execution, and continuous improvement practices
- Experience coordinating technical teams across software engineering, data engineering, AI/ML, infrastructure, security, and testing
- Strong coaching, facilitation, stakeholder communication, conflict resolution, and problem-solving skills
- Strong technical documentation and cross-functional collaboration skills
- U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain and maintain Top Secret eligibility
- Active Top Secret clearance highly preferred
