Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to support Agile delivery across cross-functional teams within a Cybersecurity, Systems, and Resilience organization. This role requires a strong facilitator who can coach teams, remove impediments, and drive continuous improvement.
What You Will Do
Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, coach teams on Scrum practices, and identify and remove impediments affecting team performance or delivery. Use Excel to analyze delivery data, metrics, trends, and operational performance, and build and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and delivery metrics.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, Product Owner, or similar role in a software development environment.
- Strong understanding of Agile principles and practices including Scrum, Kanban, and Lean.
- Strong Excel analytical skills with experience using data and metrics to support decision-making.
- Practical experience using AI tools across platforms to improve productivity, workflows, and analysis.
- Strong proficiency in Power BI, including dashboard creation, reporting, and data visualization.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Ability to build relationships, foster teamwork, and influence without authority.
- Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, and other project management platforms.
