Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master with Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance expertise to lead Agile practices for our GenAI team.

Requirements

Act as a servant leader for Agile teams working on GenAI solutions in the P&C insurance domain.
Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives).
Work closely with Product Owners, Developers, and Business Stakeholders to ensure alignment.
Identify and remove roadblocks to optimize team performance.
Promote Agile best practices and continuous improvement.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements in the insurance domain.
