Role OverviewWe are seeking a Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) to support a large financial enterprise client in Vienna VA in a hybrid work environment. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and maintain automated testing solutions across web, mobile, API, CMS, and cloud-based platforms.
What You Will Do
Design and maintain automated testing frameworks and test suites, integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines, execute functional, regression, integration, accessibility, performance, and cross-browser testing, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality releases.

Requirements
- 5-10 years of experience in software testing, quality engineering, or test automation

- Experience with Azure DevOps, Git-based repositories, CI/CD pipelines, and test management tools
- Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG, ADA, Section 508) and assistive technologies
- Experience testing web, mobile, API, and enterprise applications
- Experience incorporating AI into testing processes, including test generation, defect analysis, regression optimization, or automated reporting
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and collaboration skills
