Job Description
Interplay Learning is seeking a driven individual with 2+ years of BDR or SDR experience to join our collaborative Sales team. As a SDR, you'll play a critical role in growing relationships with the Public Sector segment of our business, including SLED, government, federal, non-profits, and education institutions. You'll act as a trusted first point of contact and lay the groundwork for long-term partnerships.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a BDR/SDR role or consultative inside sales (EdTech SaaS preferred)
  • Comfortable navigating more complex sales cycles and technical buyers
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to personalize outreach
  • Highly motivated, coachable, and eager to grow into a closing role
  • Familiar with Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and modern sales tools
