Job Description

Chromalloy is a global engineering & solutions company that develops, manufactures, and repairs critical turbine components for the aerospace, energy, and defense industries. As a Machinist, you will operate and program CNC and manual machinery to produce and repair high-quality, precision parts.

Requirements

Experience with CNC 3-axis, 5-axis, machining, grinding, milling, surface grinding, creep feed grinding equipment
Strong mechanical aptitude and excellent manual dexterity
Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, technical documents, and work instructions
Intermediate mathematical skills for measurement, testing, and problem-solving
Solid critical thinking skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve manufacturing issues
Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively within a team
Excellent attention to detail, ensuring work is consistently precise
Basic computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Outlook
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
