Job Description
The Seamstress/Tailor position is responsible for fulfilling the mission statement by performing quality alterations on merchandise, meeting deadlines, and providing excellent customer service. The role requires a high level of flexibility, including working flexible schedules, including mornings, evenings, and weekends.

Requirements

  • Perform quality alterations on merchandise
  • Follow ticket instructions and markings based on Guest specifications
  • Accommodate Guests with on the spot alterations when requested by Store Leaders
  • Meet deadlines and Guest expectations for merchandise alterations
  • Use Buckle provided sewing machine and supplies to perform alterations
  • Maintain a clean, organized and stocked work area
  • Uphold specified productivity guidelines
