Role OverviewAs a Search Systems Engineer, you will evaluate the accuracy and depth of AI-generated content in search systems, develop and optimize systems related to agentic search, and collaborate with AI research teams to quantify impact and improvements in search systems. You will work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines while improving AI model performance. This role is fully remote and requires experience shipping production search systems, owning relevance or retrieval on systems used by real users, and quantifying impact and improvements in search systems.
