Provide the best shoe store experience for every customer by creating a welcoming environment and in-store culture. Ensure daily store tasks are dialed in and deliver top-notch customer engagement.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma/GED
  • Ability to build constructive and effective relationships within store
  • Ability to communicate positively with store associates at all levels
  • Ability to exercise independent judgment and discretion partnering with Store Sales Manager and/or Assistant Managers, as needed
  • Working knowledge of general retail practices and procedures
  • Ability to work effectively within a team
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, including holidays, nights, weekends and extended hours
